The Yacht Club of Monaco (YCM), which is very responsive to actions carried out by the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation in favour of
protecting the environment, noted during a dinner-debate on 10 April 2018 that it got involved in October 2017 in one of its programmes, and
that it had signed the “Mr.Goodfish” partnership agreement to promote responsible consumption of seafood. The YCM has agreed to propose
sustainably fished products on its restaurant menu.
